“Kod Larb Ped”
When someone thinks about Thai-Isan food, the first
restaurant I proudly recommend is “Kod Larb Ped Roi Ed” restaurant where
located in soi Porntisan 3, Klong 6, Umpher KlongLuang, Thanyaburi, Patumthani
nearby my university, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, but we
prefer to call its short name only as “Kod Larb Ped”. You might think it’s same
as another Isan food restaurant, but it’s not! Why I say like that? I will show
you the attractive guide to convince you visit and have a special meal with
your family there.
As you know, Isan food can be found easily
throughout every area in Thailand. It’s very popular because its strong taste,
spicy, and very delicious are tasty for Thais and even for foreigners. However,
finding the most delicious one is inadequate. Fortunately, I found it. That is
“Kod Larb Ped Roi Ed” restaurant. What make “Kod Larb Ped” different from other
restaurants? There is a local restaurant with the local food but it doesn’t
impress only the local people but crowd of people parade to visit here by word
to word.
There have a lot of foods more than 100 menus to
satisfy the customers. It also serves the Thai food such as Yum, Tom Yum, etc.
The foods are very tasty with friendly environment and reasonable price.
“Som Tam Tod”
is the most popular dish that was served to every table. It’s very tasty! Crispy
fried vegetables of shredded
green papaya, green beans, and morning glory served with sweet
and sour sauce of Som Tum could make us fond of this special food and have to
order it every times.
“Larb Ped” is also the popular dish that was brought
to set as the restaurant’s name and “Roi Ed” is the hometown where is the owner
has lived. Larb Ped is typically made from duck
meat with a mixture of lime juice, fish sauce, herbs and spices and crunchy
roasted rice. It would be a fast favorite once you have been tried.
Lastly recommended is “Tom Sab”
which is a spicy curry made from cartilage bone pork with herbs. It’s very hot
and strong taste but makes you feel fresh and vigorous as well. Above is just a
tiny part of all I could recommend in my space. I would like to invite you now!
